Why it matters
A storm rolls through, the power flickers, the Wi-Fi drops — and the camera feed goes black. Now you’re hours away wondering: was the line cut, or did it just glitch? A device can tell you something might be wrong; it can’t go look, and it can’t move a branch off the roof. That’s what Storm Watch is for.
How it works
We post a heads-up when a real system is coming. Want your dock or furniture secured, or your place checked once it passes? Just say the word.
We go out and look it over — roof, trees, dock and shoreline, and inside for leaks or lost power — and send you photos and a report.
One message, and someone who’s minutes away — not hours — tells you exactly what they found. Cut line or coincidence, you’ll know.
Who gets it fastest
Storms create demand all at once, so members we look after year-round get priority and honest ETAs — and because we already hold your Property Playbook, we know your shutoffs and access before we even arrive. Not a member yet? For our founding clients, the first check is on us.
